From My Heart to Yours

Hello, my name is Indrė, and I am the founder of I Am Ready.

This Christmas page was created quietly and intentionally, born from a vision that lived in my heart long before it took shape here — a desire to support those who may feel lonely, unseen, or left out during this season.

I remember walking through a Christmas market with my son — surrounded by lights, music, laughter, and warmth. Yet inside, I felt an unexpected stillness. A longing. A reminder of how deeply Christmas can stir emotions, memories, and reflections from our past — childhood moments, relationships we once cherished, and chapters of life that have changed. Christmas has a way of bringing everything full circle.

That Christmas, I made a promise to myself:
to create a space where no one feels alone — even when life feels heavy, uncertain, or imperfect.

This page is that space.

If you are feeling lonely, overwhelmed, emotionally tired, or quietly searching for meaning this season, you are welcome here. Whether you are a single parent, navigating a healing journey, or simply pausing to breathe, this space was created with you in mind.

Through heartfelt Christmas conversations, gentle messages, and thoughtfully created gifts, our shared intention is simple:
to remind you that peace, hope, and joy are still available — even in the hardest seasons.

I am deeply grateful to Reah, Lyndal, Tara, and Nikki, who generously accepted my invitation to collaborate and bring their love, stories, Christmas spirit, and gifts into this space. This page would not exist without these incredible women.

Please take your time here.
Scroll slowly. Listen gently. Receive openly.

May this space bring you a moment of calm, a sense of connection, and the quiet reminder that your light still shines — always.

With love,
Indrė

Meet The Women Holding This Christmas Space

This Christmas, Reah, Tara, Lyndal, and Nikki come together for a series of open, heartfelt conversations exploring the many layers of the festive season.

These conversations gently acknowledge that while Christmas can be a time of joy, connection, and celebration, it can also be a period of reflection, transition, and emotional complexity. The women openly share their insights, lived experiences, and support around themes such as resilience, love, change, grief, and personal growth—recognising that for many, Christmas may coincide with life changes, loss, healing, or new beginnings.

Visitors are invited to explore each conversation, learn more about the women involved, and receive thoughtful Christmas gifts created to complement the episodes—offered with care, honesty, and intention for wherever you may find yourself this season.

Hosted by Indrė Ratkelė, I Am Ready podcast.

Christmas Gifts from the Women Holding

This Space

As Christmas arrives, may this be a gentle reminder that you do not need to do more or be more to be enough.

This season is an invitation to slow down, soften expectations, and return to what truly matters — your wellbeing, your presence, and your inner peace.

Whatever this time of year brings for you — joy, reflection, quiet, or mixed emotions — allow yourself to meet it with compassion. Honour your own rhythm, take moments to breathe, and trust that rest and kindness are just as meaningful as celebration.

May you move through this season feeling supported, grounded, and connected — to yourself and to those around you.

Wishing you a peaceful and heartfelt Christmas.
